In The Journey to God, Gary Rodriguez invites you to join him in an honest, grace-filled exploration of how the Creator seeks to reach every human heart – whether through dramatic encounters or quiet, gradual awakenings. This book traces God’s beautiful creation, humanity ‘s fall in Eden, and God’s breathtaking plan of redemption through Jesus Christ. With warmth and biblical clarity, Rodriguez weaves powerful stories of unlikely individuals – Rahab the prostitute, Peter the denier, Zacchaeus the tax collector, Nicodemus the religious insider, and Esther the queen – to show that no one is beyond the reach of God’s mercy. More than a theological explanation, this is a heartfelt call to move beyond self-effort and religious performance into a vibrant, Spirit-empowered relationship with Christ. If you’ve ever felt unworthy or exhausted from trying to earn God’s favor, this book offers hope: God is not waiting for you to become worthy – He is calling you to come as you are.
