What was your favourite part, and your least favourite part, of the publishing journey?
My favourite part was watching the manuscript blossom — seeing years of teaching and inner work crystallize into form. The least favourite part, perhaps, was the waiting — the long silences between submission, design, and release. Publishing is a bit like a spiritual practice itself: patience, surrender, trust, and the willingness to keep showing up for the unfolding.
What makes your latest book an exciting read?
Because it’s more than a book — it’s an experience. Radiant Bliss invites readers into the living current of yoga itself: the myths, the mantras, the ancient rivers of wisdom that still pulse through our modern lives. It weaves together philosophy and practice, poetry and practicality, so that each chapter feels like both a mirror and a meditation — a return home to one’s truest self.
What inspired you to write this book?
Radiant Bliss was born from decades of walking the yogic path — not only on the mat, but through the labyrinths of real life. For me, yoga has always been less about perfect postures and more about awakening inner luminosity. I wanted to write a book that could guide modern souls back to that sacred radiance — the light of consciousness that shines beneath every breath, every challenge, every quiet moment of surrender.
What did you edit out of this book?
A lot of information about my traumatic childhood.
How do you like to communicate with your readers?
How do you like to communicate with your readers?
What are the words you live by?
“You are already what you seek.”
This truth echoes through every breath, every posture, every silence. I believe that within each of us is a spark of the divine, quietly waiting to be remembered. These words remind me not to chase perfection or enlightenment as something distant, but to soften into presence, to listen inward, and to live from the sacred space where wisdom and wonder already reside.
